What happens after a security contest closes?

A Mitigation Review. Lead Guards who finish in the top-10 join it, along with any guards who outrank them and finish inside the top-10. The contest ends with a remediation plan and a review of the fixes, not with a list of findings handed over.

Who reviews the fixes

The Mitigation Review is joined by Lead Guards who finish in the top-10, along with any guards who outrank them and finish inside the top-10. The people who found the issues are the people who check the fixes.

In a program that includes a full-stack security review, that partner returns as well, to check that the fixes introduce no new vulnerabilities.

What you are working from

Findings ship with reproduction steps, severity, and a remediation path: a plan, not a wall of comments. Each one has already passed community judging and two Lead Judges before it reaches your engineers.

Why a review of the fixes is its own stage

A fix is a code change, and a code change can introduce its own issue or resolve the symptom while leaving the cause in place. Reviewing remediation as a distinct stage, with the researchers who found the original issues, is what closes that gap.

What runs next

In The Bridge, the final stage runs two things in parallel before launch: a live, public pre-launch bug bounty, with DualGuard covering every payout, and formal verification, where a partner mathematically proves the code matches its written spec.
